Day guests are part of the retreat from the beginning of each day through the evening programming, including training, meals and shared experiences. Friday and Saturday are full retreat days, with Sunday coming to a close in the afternoon.

No previous sound or meditation experience is required. The training is designed to give you the foundations, practical experience and confidence to begin working with sound, whether you’re adding it to an existing practice or beginning something new.
